باستخدامك Saudi Sharks توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى السياسات المرتبطة بها. إذا كنت تستخدم المنصة نيابة عن منشأة، فأنت تقر بأن لديك صلاحية تمثيلها في حدود الاستخدام. By using Saudi Sharks you agree to these Terms and the related policies. If you are using the platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have authority to represent it within the scope of use.

1. الحساب والهوية1. Account & identity

• يجب استخدام بيانات صحيحة وغير مضللة.Account information must be accurate and not misleading.
• لا يجوز مشاركة الحساب أو بيع الوصول أو انتحال شخص أو جهة.You may not share an account, sell access, or impersonate a person or entity.
• أنت مسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور وإبلاغنا عند الاشتباه في اختراق الحساب.You are responsible for protecting your password and notifying us of any suspected compromise.

2. الاستخدام المقبول2. Acceptable use

• استخدم المنصة لأغراض مهنية ومشروعة.Use the platform for professional and lawful purposes.
• لا تستخدم المنصة للتحايل، جمع البيانات آليا دون إذن، التصيد، أو إرسال رسائل مزعجة.Do not use the platform for fraud, automated data scraping without permission, phishing, or spam.
• لا تنشر محتوى يخالف الأنظمة أو حقوق الغير أو يضر بسلامة المستخدمين.Do not publish content that violates the law, third-party rights, or user safety.

3. عدم التسامح مع الإساءة3. Zero tolerance for abuse

لا يوجد تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء، التحرش، خطاب الكراهية، التهديد، المحتوى الجنسي، الاحتيال، انتحال الشخصية، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة. يمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن المحتوى أو حظر المستخدمين، ويتم حفظ البلاغات وسجلات الحظر للمراجعة الإدارية. We have zero tolerance for abusive content, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, fraud, impersonation, or misuse of the platform. Users can report content or block users, and reports and block records are saved for administrative review.

4. الخدمات والصفقات4. Services & deals

قد تساعد المنصة في عرض الخدمات وطلبها، لكنها ليست طرفا تلقائيا في الاتفاق التجاري بين المستخدمين ما لم ينص مسار محدد داخل التطبيق على خلاف ذلك. يجب توثيق نطاق العمل، السعر، المخرجات، والمواعيد بين الأطراف بوضوح. The platform may help users list and request services, but it is not automatically a party to the commercial agreement between users unless a specific in-app flow says otherwise. Scope of work, price, deliverables, and timelines must be clearly documented between the parties.

5. التعليق والإنهاء5. Suspension & termination

يجوز لنا تقييد ميزة، إزالة محتوى، تعليق حساب، أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط أو وجود خطر أمني أو نظامي. نحاول تقديم سبب واضح عندما لا يضر ذلك بالتحقيق أو سلامة المستخدمين. We may restrict a feature, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when these Terms are violated or there is a security or regulatory risk. We try to give a clear reason when doing so does not harm an investigation or user safety.

6. حدود المسؤولية6. Limitation of liability

نوفر المنصة كما هي ضمن الحدود النظامية. لا نضمن نتيجة تجارية معينة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية قرارات أو تعاملات تتم خارج نطاق التحكم المباشر للمنصة. We provide the platform "as is" within applicable legal limits. We do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome and are not liable for decisions or dealings outside the platform's direct control.

7. التعديلات7. Changes

قد نحدث الشروط عند تطوير المنتج أو تغير المتطلبات. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد الإشعار يعني قبول الشروط المحدثة. We may update these Terms as the product evolves or requirements change. Continuing to use the platform after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
