تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع Saudi Sharks البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها، وتوضح كذلك قواعد الاستخدام الأساسية عند استخدام الموقع، التطبيق، صفحات المصادقة، المجتمعات، الرسائل، الخدمات، البلاغات، والحظر. صيغت السياسة بما يراعي مبادئ نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي ولوائحه التنفيذية، بما في ذلك تقليل البيانات، تحديد الغرض، والاحتفاظ فقط بقدر الحاجة. This policy explains how Saudi Sharks collects, uses, and protects personal data, and also states the core use rules for the website, app, communities, messaging, services, reports, and blocking tools. It is written to align with the principles of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and retention only to the extent needed.

المرجع النظامي العام لهذه السياسة هو نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية المنشورة من الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي. لا تعد هذه الصفحة بديلا عن استشارة قانونية عند وجود حالة تعاقدية أو تنظيمية خاصة. The general regulatory reference for this policy is the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations published by the Saudi Data and AI Authority. This page is not a substitute for legal advice on a specific contractual or regulatory situation.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data we collect

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال عند التحقق، اسم المستخدم، الصورة، النبذة، واللغة المفضلة.Account data: name, email, phone number on verification, username, picture, bio, and preferred language.
• بيانات النشاط: المنشورات، التعليقات، الإعجابات، الحفظ، البلاغات، طلبات الخدمات، تقييمات الخدمات، والرسائل التي تنشئها داخل المنصة.Activity data: posts, comments, likes, saves, reports, service requests, service ratings, and messages you create on the platform.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، معرفات الجلسة، سجلات الأخطاء، وإشعارات الدفع المسجلة بإذن المستخدم.Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, session identifiers, error logs, and push-notification tokens registered with user consent.
• مرفقات اختيارية: صور، ملفات، وروابط يرفعها المستخدم في المنشورات أو المحادثات أو طلبات الخدمة.Optional attachments: images, files, and links the user uploads in posts, chats, or service requests.

2. لماذا نعالج البيانات؟2. Why we process data

• معالجة طلبات التواصل والدعم والاستفسارات المرسلة عبر البريد.Processing contact, support, and inquiry requests sent by email.
• تشغيل الخلاصة، المجتمعات، الخدمات، الرسائل، والإشعارات.Operating the feed, communities, services, messages, and notifications.
• منع الاحتيال، الانتحال، الرسائل المزعجة، وسوء الاستخدام.Preventing fraud, impersonation, spam, and abuse.
• الرد على الدعم والبلاغات وتنفيذ قرارات الإشراف.Responding to support and reports, and executing moderation decisions.
• تحسين الأداء واكتشاف الأعطال وتحليل الاستخدام بشكل مجمع قدر الإمكان.Improving performance, detecting failures, and analyzing usage in aggregated form when possible.

3. المشاركة والإفصاح3. Sharing & disclosure

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نشارك بيانات محدودة مع مزودي بنية تحتية ضروريين مثل الاستضافة، قاعدة البيانات، البريد، وإشعارات الجوال، أو عندما يتطلب النظام ذلك، أو لحماية مستخدمين آخرين من ضرر واضح. لا نمنح مزودي الخدمة حق استخدام البيانات لأغراضهم التسويقية الخاصة. We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with necessary infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, email, and mobile push, or when required by law, or to protect other users from clear harm. Service providers are not allowed to use the data for their own marketing.

4. الاحتفاظ والحذف4. Retention & deletion

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طوال مدة استخدامك للمنصة. عند طلب حذف الحساب نحذف أو نخفي البيانات غير اللازمة، وقد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة مرتبطة بالأمان أو البلاغات أو الالتزامات النظامية لمدة معقولة وموثقة. We keep account data for as long as you use the platform. On account-deletion request, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed, and may retain limited records tied to security, reports, or regulatory obligations for a reasonable, documented period.

5. حقوقك5. Your rights

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك، تصحيحها، حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجة غير لازمة عبر privacy@saudisharks.com. قد نطلب التحقق من الهوية قبل تنفيذ الطلب، ونرد خلال مدة عملية تتناسب مع طبيعة الطلب. You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or objection to non-essential processing at privacy@saudisharks.com. We may verify your identity before acting and respond within a reasonable timeframe proportional to the request.

6. نقل البيانات6. Data transfers

قد تستخدم المنصة مزودي خدمة خارج المملكة عند الحاجة التقنية. عند ذلك نطبق ضوابط تعاقدية وتنظيمية لحماية البيانات، ونقصر النقل على الغرض المحدد. The platform may use service providers outside the Kingdom when technically necessary. When we do, we apply contractual and regulatory safeguards and limit the transfer to the stated purpose.

7. إرشادات المجتمع وعدم التسامح مع المحتوى المسيء7. Community Guidelines and zero tolerance for abusive content

Saudi Sharks منصة مهنية، ولا يوجد تسامح مع أي محتوى أو سلوك يهدد سلامة المستخدمين أو يسيء استخدام المنصة. قد نزيل المحتوى، نقيّد الحساب، نمنع الرسائل، أو نعلّق الوصول عند مخالفة هذه القواعد. Saudi Sharks is a professional platform. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that threatens user safety or abuses the platform. We may remove content, restrict an account, block messaging, or suspend access when these rules are violated.

• المحتوى المسيء أو المهين أو الذي يستهدف شخصًا أو جهة.Abusive or insulting content that targets a person or entity.
• التحرش، التنمر، المضايقة المتكررة، أو التواصل غير المرغوب.Harassment, bullying, repeated abuse, or unwanted contact.
• خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز ضد فئة أو هوية محمية.Hate speech or discrimination against a protected group or identity.
• التهديد، الابتزاز، نشر البيانات الخاصة، أو التحريض على الضرر.Threats, extortion, doxxing, or encouragement of harm.
• المحتوى الجنسي أو غير المناسب لطبيعة مجتمع مهني.Sexual content or content unsuitable for a professional community.
• الاحتيال، الرسائل المضللة، التصيد، أو عروض الاستثمار غير الواضحة.Fraud, misleading messages, phishing, or unclear investment offers.
• انتحال الشخصية أو تمثيل شخص، شركة، علامة، أو جهة دون حق.Impersonating a person, company, brand, or organization without authorization.
• إساءة استخدام المنصة، السبام، التحايل على الحظر، أو جمع البيانات آليًا دون إذن.Platform misuse, spam, bypassing blocks, or automated data collection without permission.

8. الإبلاغ عن المحتوى8. Reporting content

يوفر التطبيق زر إبلاغ داخل قائمة الثلاث نقاط للمنشورات والمحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون. عند فتح البلاغ يختار المستخدم سببًا مثل: محتوى مسيء، تحرش أو إساءة، سبام، احتيال أو تضليل، محتوى غير مناسب، انتحال شخصية، أو سبب آخر. يتم حفظ البلاغ في سجلات المراجعة حتى يتمكن فريق الإدارة من فحصه واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب. The app provides a Report action from the three-dot menu on posts and user-generated content. When reporting, the user selects a reason such as abusive content, harassment or abuse, spam, fraud or misleading activity, inappropriate content, impersonation, or another reason. Reports are saved in moderation records so the team can review them and take appropriate action.

9. حظر المستخدمين وإخطار فريق المراجعة9. Blocking users and notifying the moderation team

يوفر التطبيق خيار حظر المستخدم من بروفايل المستخدم أو قائمة المنشور. بعد الحظر، لا يظهر لك محتوى المستخدم المحظور، وتختفي منشوراته من خلاصتك فورًا قدر الإمكان داخل الجلسة الحالية، ويتم حفظ سجل حظر/بلاغ حتى تتمكن الإدارة من مراجعة المحتوى أو السلوك غير المناسب. الحظر ليس مجرد إخفاء محلي؛ بل ينشئ سجلًا للمراجعة الداخلية. The app provides a Block User action from a user's profile or a post menu. After blocking, the blocked user's content is hidden from you, their posts are removed from your feed immediately where possible in the current session, and a block/report record is saved so the team can review the inappropriate content or behavior. Blocking is not only a local hide action; it creates an internal review record.

قد يؤدي الحظر إلى تقليل أو منع الرسائل المباشرة والتفاعل مع المستخدم المحظور وفق قدرات النظام المتاحة، وقد تحتفظ Saudi Sharks بسجل محدود عن الحظر والبلاغ لغرض السلامة، المراجعة، والامتثال. Blocking may reduce or prevent direct messages and interactions with the blocked user according to the available system capabilities, and Saudi Sharks may retain a limited block/report record for safety, review, and compliance.

10. تغييرات السياسة10. Policy changes

إذا تغيرت هذه السياسة بشكل جوهري، سنعرض إشعارا واضحا على الموقع أو داخل التطبيق قبل أو عند سريان التغيير. If this policy changes materially, we will display a clear notice on the website or inside the app before or when the change takes effect.
