المدفوعات والرسومPayments & Fees
حتى تاريخ هذه السياسة، لا تعالج Saudi Sharks المدفوعات داخل التطبيق ولا تحتفظ ببطاقات دفع أو محافظ مالية للمستخدمين. أي اتفاق مالي بين مستخدمين يتم خارج المنصة وعلى مسؤولية أطرافه ما لم نعلن رسميا عن نظام دفع داخلي لاحقا. As of this policy's date, Saudi Sharks does not process payments inside the app and does not store users' payment cards or wallets. Any financial agreement between users happens off-platform under the parties' responsibility, unless we officially announce an in-platform payment system later.
1. لا رسوم منصة حالية1. No current platform fees
لا نفرض حاليا عمولة منصة على طلبات الخدمات المعروضة داخل Saudi Sharks. إذا تغير ذلك مستقبلا، سنعرض الرسوم قبل تطبيقها ولن تكون بأثر رجعي على اتفاقات قائمة. We currently do not charge a platform commission on service requests listed inside Saudi Sharks. If that changes in the future, we will display the fees before they apply and they will not be retroactive on existing agreements.
2. تعاملات خارجية2. Off-platform transactions
- يجب توثيق السعر، نطاق العمل، الضرائب، الفواتير، وسياسة الإلغاء بين الأطراف.Price, scope, taxes, invoices, and cancellation policy must be documented between the parties.
- لا ترسل مبالغ إلى طرف لا تعرفه دون تحقق مناسب.Do not send funds to an unknown party without proper verification.
- أبلغنا عن أي طلب دفع يبدو احتياليا أو يخالف الأنظمة.Report any payment request that looks fraudulent or violates the law.
3. الإعلانات والرعايات3. Ads & sponsorships
قد تعرض المنصة مستقبلا مساحات رعاية أو ظهور مدفوع. عند وجود ذلك، يجب تمييز المحتوى التجاري بوضوح وعدم تقديمه كترشيح محايد. In the future, the platform may display sponsorship slots or paid placements. When that happens, commercial content must be clearly marked and not presented as a neutral recommendation.
4. النزاعات4. Disputes
يمكننا مراجعة البلاغات المتعلقة بسلوك احتيالي أو تضليل داخل المنصة، لكننا لا نضمن استرداد مبالغ دفعت خارجها. احتفظ دائما بعقود وفواتير وإثباتات دفع رسمية. We can review reports about fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation inside the platform, but we do not guarantee refunds for payments made outside it. Always keep contracts, invoices, and formal payment evidence.
