هذه السياسة تنظم ما يمكن نشره داخل Saudi Sharks حتى تبقى المنصة مفيدة وآمنة وقابلة للاعتماد في سياق الأعمال. This policy governs what can be published on Saudi Sharks so the platform stays useful, safe, and reliable in a business context.

1. المحتوى المقبول1. Acceptable content

• تجارب عملية، أسئلة مهنية، فرص تعاون، عروض خدمات واضحة، موارد معرفية، ونقاشات مرتبطة بالأعمال.Practical experiences, professional questions, collaboration opportunities, clear service offerings, knowledge resources, and business-related discussion.
• محتوى ترويجي محدود بشرط الإفصاح عن العلاقة التجارية وعدم الإزعاج.Limited promotional content, provided you disclose the commercial relationship and avoid spamming.
• اقتباسات ومراجع بشرط ذكر المصدر واحترام حقوق الملكية.Quotes and references, provided you cite the source and respect IP rights.

2. المحتوى المحظور2. Prohibited content

• معلومات مضللة عن منشأة أو شخص أو نتيجة مالية.Misleading information about an entity, person, or financial outcome.
• محتوى يحرض على مخالفة الأنظمة أو الاحتيال أو انتهاك حقوق الغير.Content that incites breaking the law, fraud, or infringing third-party rights.

3. الملكية والترخيص3. Ownership & license

يبقى المحتوى ملكا لصاحبه. بمنحك المحتوى للمنصة، تسمح لنا بعرضه وتشغيله وفهرسته وتخزينه بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. لا يمنح ذلك الآخرين حق نسخ المحتوى خارج المنصة دون إذنك أو إذن نظامي. Content remains owned by its creator. By providing content to the platform, you allow us to display, operate, index, and store it to the extent needed to deliver the service. This does not grant other users the right to copy content off-platform without your consent or a legal basis.

4. المراجعة والإزالة4. Review & removal

قد نزيل أو نقيد ظهور المحتوى إذا خالف السياسة أو تلقى بلاغا موثوقا أو سبب ضررا واضحا. قد تكون المراجعة آلية أو بشرية، والقرار النهائي يراعي السياق والضرر المحتمل. We may remove or restrict the visibility of content if it breaks policy, receives a credible report, or causes clear harm. Review may be automated or human, and the final decision considers context and likely harm.
