Saudi Sharks مساحة مهنية. الهدف هو بناء علاقات وفرص عمل لا ضجيج. هذه الإرشادات تشرح السلوك المتوقع وما يحدث عند المخالفة. Saudi Sharks is a professional space. The goal is to build relationships and business opportunities without noise. These guidelines describe the expected behavior and what happens when they are broken.

1. عدم التسامح مع المحتوى المسيء1. Zero tolerance for abusive content

لا يوجد تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء، التحرش، خطاب الكراهية، التهديد، المحتوى الجنسي، الاحتيال، انتحال الشخصية، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة. قد يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة المحتوى، تقييد الرسائل، تعليق الحساب، وحفظ بلاغ أو سجل حظر للمراجعة. We have zero tolerance for abusive content, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, fraud, impersonation, or misuse of the platform. Violations may lead to content removal, messaging restrictions, account suspension, and a saved report or block record for review.

2. التصرف المهني2. Professional conduct

• استخدم لغة محترمة حتى عند الاختلاف.Use respectful language even when you disagree.
• انسب المعلومات لأصحابها ولا تعرض نفسك كخبير في مجال لست مؤهلا له.Credit information to its source, and do not present yourself as an expert in a field you are not qualified in.
• لا تلاحق المستخدمين برسائل متكررة أو عروض غير مطلوبة.Do not pursue users with repeated messages or unsolicited offers.

3. الممنوعات3. Prohibited behavior

• التهديد، التحرش، التمييز، التشهير، الابتزاز، أو نشر بيانات شخصية دون إذن.Threats, harassment, discrimination, defamation, extortion, or publishing personal data without consent.
• الوعود الاستثمارية المضللة أو جمع أموال دون إفصاح واضح ومشروع.Misleading investment promises or collecting funds without clear, lawful disclosure.
• حسابات وهمية، انتحال منشآت، أو تضخيم تقييمات وخدمات بشكل مصطنع.Fake accounts, impersonating organizations, or artificially inflating ratings and services.

4. البلاغات4. Reports

يمكن الإبلاغ عن منشور، تعليق، خدمة، رسالة، أو حساب. نراجع البلاغات حسب الخطورة: مخاطر السلامة والاحتيال لها أولوية أعلى من الخلافات التحريرية العادية. You can report a post, comment, service, message, or account. We review reports by severity: safety and fraud risks take priority over normal editorial disagreements.

5. إجراءات الإشراف5. Moderation actions

قد تشمل الإجراءات تنبيه المستخدم، إخفاء المحتوى، تقييد الرسائل، تعليق بعض الميزات، أو إيقاف الحساب. في الحالات الجسيمة قد نحتفظ بسجلات لازمة للتحقيق أو الامتثال. Actions may include warning the user, hiding content, restricting messaging, suspending some features, or disabling the account. In severe cases we may retain records needed for investigation or compliance.

6. الاعتراض6. Appeals

إذا رأيت أن إجراء الإشراف غير صحيح، تواصل معنا عبر support@saudisharks.com مع رابط المحتوى وشرح مختصر. لا تفتح حسابات بديلة لتجاوز الإجراء. If you believe a moderation action is incorrect, contact us at support@saudisharks.com with the content link and a brief explanation. Do not open alternate accounts to bypass the action.
